Access to real-value memecoin features depends on your jurisdiction.

Current status

The platform launches in demo/testnet mode, in which no real-value transactions are possible anywhere. Real-deposit functionality is disabled globally behind a feature flag and will only be enabled for eligible jurisdictions after legal review and integration of a compliance provider.

Self-attestation

Before simulated or testnet investing, you must confirm that:

1. You are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. You have read the Risk Disclosure.
3. You understand memecoins have no intrinsic value and can go to zero.
4. You are not accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, if any apply to you.

Restricted regions

When geofencing is enabled, the platform enforces a configurable restricted-region list. Trading of memecoins and other digital assets is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions; availability through any interface does not change your local law.

Future verification

If real deposits are enabled, a third-party compliance provider will handle verification. Bagz does not currently perform KYC and does not claim any regulatory approval.
